Electrical access is subject to availability and venue limitations.*

Vendors are responsible for their own property, equipment, and merchandise. The Desert of Alabama is not responsible for set up, break down, loss, theft, or damage.*

I understand that booth placement is done on a "first come first serve" basis (AEAONMS VLA holders take priority).*

I agree that I will not provide, sell, or furnish AEAONMS, Inc. Trademark Bearing Merchandise unless licensed to do so by the AEAONMS, Inc.*

I guarantee that the quality of all merchandise I sell or otherwise distributes is at or above standard*

I agree to timely delivery of all orders and will make an acceptable adjustment to any dissatisfied purchaser within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase*

I agree to comply with all federal, state and local laws applicable to my business*

I understand that in the case of infringement to these terms, the Desert of Alabama reserves the sole right to void this agreement and/or mediate resolution at the cost of the applicant. My signature below is a legally binding acknowledgement of this agreement and the terms within*

Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Desert of Alabama, its officers, members, volunteers, agents, affiliates, and venue from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Vendor's participation in the event.*

The Desert of Alabama reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove any Vendor for violations of event rules, applicable laws, or restrictions regarding authorized merchandise. Vendors removed for violations will not be entitled to a refund.*

Any dispute arising from this Agreement may be submitted to mediation at the discretion of the Desert of Alabama. If mediation is required due to a Vendor's violation of this Agreement, the Vendor shall be responsible for all mediation costs.*

Refund Policy: Any cancellation of booth space(s) MUST be made in writing and emailed to emailed to aeaonmsalabama@gmail.com not later than February 28, 2027. Upon cancellation, fifty (50) percent of vendor fees received will be retained by the Desert of Alabama as a cancellation fee. No refund will be entitled if cancellation is received after February 28, 2027.*

If the conference is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Desert of Alabama, the Desert may, at its discretion, issue a refund, partial refund, or credit toward a future event.*
